We recently launched our new brand and we’re growing!

For over 8 years, we have been selling personalized reports online that help individuals be happier and more successful in their work, personal life, and athletic performance. These reports are delivered entirely through our e-commerce website. The reports are based on customer responses to an industry-standard HR assessment tool.

Our new brand is designed to connect the diverse range of personal development reports and products we can sell online, and we’re ready to expand quickly into new areas.

Who We’re Looking For
We need a leader who can build online partnerships around our new brand, identify areas for product development, and improve sales through all channels. Additional responsibilities include sourcing and allocating resources for marketing, advertising, website improvement, product development, etc.

Responsibilities
* Build relationships with potential affiliate/partner companies
* Refine, polish and expand our new online brand
* Manage the marketing & advertising campaigns and budget
* Identify demand for new products
* Oversee the development of new products, working closely with internal staff
* Present metrics and website sales data routinely to management
* Discover new ways of reaching potential customers through social networking sites
* Work closely with product developers, writers, web designers and IT staff

Requirements
* 3 years experience in online business development
* Proven track record in improving online sales
* Familiarity with online marketing techniques (SEO, PPC)
* Experience locating resources for writing, graphic design, and similar
* Ability to write clearly and concisely
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Bachelors degree
* Ability to telecommute
