My company requires a new website that can reflect the numerous aspects of our business portfolio. We need to be able to create an environment where site’s visitors and clients can access our main portal and then venture to explore the breadth of our company’s scope. Design-wise, the developer will either work closely with our in-house design team or follow a design template made by our design team.

Additionally, the website must also be able to:
- Support Blogs and Forums
- Display newsfeeds from other websites
- Support podcasts
- Display updates from different sections of the website on the main page (e.g. newest events, newest forum posts, etc.)
- Have a membership system in which members can contribute articles to the site
- Support multiple databases that can communicate with each other (e.g. we would be able to query and see if a certain member has posted an article and attended our event before)
- Basic e-commerce capabilities for our events (e.g. Attendees buying tickets online)
- For our events, we will be able to have a database of all our exhibitors (with fields: company name, website, logo, company description, etc.), which we can easily add/edit/delete entries through a form in the back end. These entries, once added, will be automatically populated to a page to display all our exhibitors and if there are too many exhibitors it will automatically separate the entries to 10 entries per page (these new pages will also be automatically generated)

We are looking for a developer who is competent in creating a Drupal driven site with the guidelines mentioned above. The candidate must either work in-house throughout the duration of the project or be willing to come in to the office a 1-3 days a week for the project.

Required Skills:
- Experience with Drupal programming is essential
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and optimal hosting
- Proficiency in graphics programs Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator an asset
- Understanding of cross browser compatibility (Firefox, IE, Safari).
- Solid understanding of web standards and IA/UI best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO

As we have not dealt with Drupal development before, please give us a rough estimate of either a total cost for the project or the amount of hours it will take and your hourly wage based on the requirements listed above. We are looking to have the site completed in a time frame of 2 months.
