DESCRIPTION
We have an immediate, full-time opportunity for a driven, team-oriented, talented web and graphic designer to join our Sales and Marketing team at ZE PowerGroup Inc. in Richmond, BC.We are looking for dynamic Web Developer to develop and maintain our websites as well as other sales and marketing materials. You will be asked to use your skills to develop a broad range of projects within pre-established guidelines. You will work as a valued member of a team dedicated to ensuring our sites and other online materials perform at an optimum level. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Minimum of 2 years experience in website development. Candidates must provide a portfolio of work and sample URLs.

Required Skills:
* Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
* Proficiency in graphics programs Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Proficiency in Flash animation and ActionScript
* Familiarity with LAMP developer environment
* Experience with Mambo or Joomla a strong asset
* Understanding of cross browser compatibility (Firefox, IE, Safari).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid understanding of web standards and IA/UI best practices.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines is essential to keep up in our fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working in Windows environments.
* Knowledge of SEO a strong asset

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain corporate websites to ensure they are fully functioning, up-to-date, accurate and polished to company standards
* Create HTML based emails and PHP forms for marketing purposes
* Maintain corporate blog in terms of functionality and updating content when required
* Administrate web server, FTP accounts and multiple domains
* Create documentation to describe significant files/scripts to secure knowledge transfer to other team members
* Implement web analytics software and administrate user access
* Make recommendation to management on improving processes, file structures etc.
