We are a small branding boutique offering a range of graphic design and marketing services. We would like to partner with a web programmer to help build and maintain the back-end of sites we design. We will most likely handle creative direction and client management for these projects. Most projects are on the more design savvy side, so we need you to think outside the grid.

We would like you to:
- be a freelance business person who can well manage their time and other client work
- work from your own location
- have experience in HTML, php, flash and ecommerce design
- Be able to help with SEO optimization
- be able to set your own estimates for projects
- have 2+ years experience, plus a reputable degree/portfolio
- be up to date on whats new in the web world
- fun, relaxed attitude, and someone who is easy to work with
- be able to provide a link to previous work
- detail oriented is a must
