We are a consulting company that focuses on Business Improvement. Our team is made up of people who are always positive, and very much focused on helping others do things better. That’s where you come in.

We need a very special type of person (that mean ONE) to join our team in a Tech Support and Implementation role.

Here are a few of the components of our business you’d be responsible for:

· Talking to our current tech suppliers such as web and email hosting, web design, email marketing (Infusionsoft) and iPad developer. “Talking to” often means translating what other techies are saying into common English for us.
· Support for: Head Office is a Mac Environment with Laptops, iPad iPhone and Blackberry (and one lonely Dell PC running QuickBooks)
· Phone Support for: Our field offices use PC’s, and various smart Phones such as Blackberry, Droid, iPhone etc.
· Your input and advice re: selecting new suppliers, or programs for our business growth. Maximizing our website traffic via SEO, SEM and various web tools.
· Phone and Email Technical support.
· Editing and Uploading Videos to YouTube.
· Tweaking our Drupal website.
· Assisting with various web tools such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
· Collaborating on specs and upgrade requests for our iPad Developer to implement.
· Travel is not required; you will be based at Head Office, here in Burnaby, 1 block from Skytrain (and Starbucks).

This is an interesting position. We’re a dynamic group of people impacting our clients in very positive ways. Our offices throughout the world rely on our support from Head Office in Burnaby to assist them in doing their job.

The person we’re looking for:

1. Has excellent spoken and written English.
2. Has the social skills to interact with our team in a productive way. (if you’ve done any sort of Break/Fix support before you know what we mean!)
3. Able to work independently and take the initiative. Finding things to do will never be a problem !
4. Experience with Mac and PC in support roles.
5. Experience with web tools and functionality
6. An open mind to learning new things.
7. Formal, Technical Education in at least one of the areas listed above in the job outline.
8. You must be able to work in Canada.
