Suite101 is currently seeking a Program Manager for its Online Content Development Initiative. If you’re passionate about finding out what people are searching for online, and lead the building of solutions to share this information with a large and growing network of users - we want to hear from you.

Business Analyst & Content Manager:
This newly created position will lead Suite101’s initiatives to improve monetization for online articles. With the goal of helping Suite101 writers create articles that attract higher advertising revenues, you will analyze online data to develop systems that generate an inventory of article suggestions. In addition to analysis, you will share findings and recommendations with our writers and editors and lead a freelance team of title editors. To succeed in this role you must be versatile, analytical and results-oriented. This position works closely with our international Editorial, SEO, and Product Development teams.

Tasks:
* Lead Suite101’s initiatives to actively improve online content monetization
* Define and refine manual, semi-automated and automated methods to create content suggestions for writers, based on quantitative analysis
* Develop and test hypotheses in keyword research
* Build and lead a scalable multi-lingual network of freelance researchers
* Specify and maintain highly effective online systems to guide writers
* Develop and monitor relevant metrics and actionable reports

Required Skills and Experience:
* Smart go-getter and over-achiever who thrives in a start-up environment
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* 3+ years of professional work experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Content Strategist, SEO Analyst, SEO/SEM Manager, Marketing Manager, Project Leader, or the equivalent
* Significant project management experience
* Must have at least one year of dedicated online experience working with web analytics and Search Engine Optimization
* Numbers-driven; very strong quantitative and analytical skills (details must be provided, see below)
* Comfortable driving multiple projects independently, collaborating with a team in four countries
* Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
