B2B - Senior Marketing Executive

Summary:
We bring together companies that looking for innovation or need solutions to their R&D problems with the world’s brightest minds through crowdsourcing. We are also a public marketplace for individuals and companies to showcase their talent to get funding from investors.

Representative is responsible for contacting potential commercial customers to ensure the registration in our program within designated territories or markets. Along with developing new business and relationships, you will be responsible for building and presenting business plans, RFPs to VC’s (Venture Capital Companies and firms) and conducting seminars. We are looking for a proven hunter who possesses strong rapport and relationship building skills. You must be able to generate your own leads and develop new business, looking at the long term potential, not the short-term gain.

Ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional services, Information Technology, a business-to-business environment (B2B), or financial organization
- 2+ year of internet and search engine advertising
- Understanding of - SEO; SEM; PPC; Local Search; Social Media Marketing
-Proven track record of contributing to the successful launch of campaigns that delivered ROI
- Experience with generating and following-up on leads generated from field activity
- Experience with completing registration forms, ensuring legal and ethical standards are met
- Experience selling at SMB & Enterprise level
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with RFPs, sales reports and CRMs to track sales

Experience with the following marketing communications tactics:
-Conference/Event/Tradeshow management (world class marketing events) Collateral/content production Direct mail/contact programs Sponsorships Media relations Internet communication Speaker’s programs, and Internal communications, including newsletter development
- Strong understanding of industry subject area and business processes is required
- Ability to work with and understand financial data and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, and an ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the firm
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment but can also thrive with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Positive, team player
- Dedicated, honest, reliable and goal oriented
