We are currently looking for a communicative and energetic Affiliate Manager to play an integral role in the Marketing Department to develop and optimize our internal and external affiliate programs.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Affiliate Manager will:

* Develop, optimize and maintain Suite101’s internal and external affiliate/referral programs.
* Perform daily affiliate management duties, including developing and deploying fresh marketing creative and communications (newsletters, blog posts, offers, and dispute resolutions), reporting on campaign performance, assessing lead quality, identifying areas of opportunity and liaising with affiliates.
* Monitoring affiliate activity, including forbidden promotion and questionable activity.
* Develop, track, and manage offers to affiliates, including establishing benchmarks and reporting relevant metrics.
* Develop and manage exclusive partnership deals and “preferred-affiliates.”
* Respond to all affiliate inquiries, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting techniques.
* Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.

Requirements
* 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing affiliate programs, inside and outside of Affiliate Networks.
* A track record of successful affiliate recruitment with proof of performance.
* Excellent working knowledge leading industry affiliate networks and solutions
* First Class communication and relationship building skills.
* Passion for delivering superior customer service.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field.
* Well versed in Internet marketing practices, including conversion factors & metrics, e- mail marketing, SEO, SEM, pay-per-click advertising, and blog/forum marketing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-directed, confident and responsive to feedback.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
