We are Canada’s largest online directory in the franchise industry and experiencing tremendous growth. In growing our business we are seeking a unique individual that has combined sales, marketing and technology skills to fill the role of Advertising Sales Executive.

In learning the business, you will become responsible for all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sell advertising space on our online directories to clients throughout North America, primarily by phone & email (some trade show participation)
* Maintain a Database using ACT!
* Contact existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
* Create newsletter content
* Implement Social Media to create more awareness and traffic of our sites
* Implement alliances & initiatives (link development, etc) that drive traffic to our website.
* Create strategic alliances that will benefit our advertisers as well as visitors to our sites.
* Some design work using Photoshop & Dreamweaver

The ideal candidate must have:
* Superior sales skills and ability to close
* Excellent knowledge of the Internet & Technology
* Outgoing personality with great people skills
* The ability to multitask
* Excellent command of the English language
* Basic understanding of HTML, Dreamweaver & Photoshop
* Knowledge of SEO and Social Media
* Above standard organizational skills
