We are seeking an experienced Online Multivariate Conversion Optimization Specialist to assist with on-going conversion optimization projects. You must have experience in improving online conversion funnels from various traffic sources. You must be a results driven, experienced individual that can reliably meet goals, deadlines and working in an existing environment that is very advanced with its online marketing tactics and methodologies.

Qualifications:
* Online Conversion Optimization with a track record of significant increases to conversion and target metrics to the Most Desired Action (MDA) for revenue
* Web Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics
* Test & Target (or similar) Multivariate Testing (mbox)
* Experience with loyalty programs to increase conversion
* Standard conversion optimization including:
o Landing page optimization to minimize drop off rates
o Conversion Funnel Process and Optimization
o MV or AB monitoring and reporting
o Suggest website layout and design, keyword placement, branding keywords to increase conversion
o Recommend changes for increased web conversion
o Implement enhancements to loyalty programs
* Ability to Mock-up ideas in Graphical/HTML for marketing and creative teams

Requirements: Required skills/attributes
* Experience with web analytics, A/B and Multivariate testing applications.
* Knowledge of web usability, user experience, information architecture, and conversion optimization preferred.
* Basic HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and CMS experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including management, marketing, creative, production, external clients and outside vendors.
* Proven track record of developing actionable recommendations from quantitative analysis that meets or exceeds performance goals

We are an U.S consumer product marketing company, currently marketing all aspects of various natural pharmaceuticals within a B2B and B2C market space. For this project, we have a new traffic flow acquisition from a partner website (with 58,000 unique visitors) and we need a landing page optimized to convert traffic and redirect it for improved conversions and rankings.

We are seeking an experienced consultant to provide conversion optimization and MV testing for a mid size website within the herbal product and smoking blends market that will enable increase bottom line sales. This is for a project base work with the potential to have cycles for developers to implement the recommended changes for other websites. We are seeking an extremely reliable individual to which we can outsource our conversion optimization needs and implement recommended changes

Project Goal
* Double the current website conversion rate from 0.8% to 1.6% within 3 months
* Reduce cart abandonment rate from 90% to 70% or less within 3 months
* Double retail revenues from $40K to $80K within 3 months, while maintaining an average order margin within 15%
* Achieve 3X ROI on funds invested in this project within 3 months
