Marketingsector.com is an online advertising agency that has been in business since 2004. We have a small office in downtown, Vancouver. We are currently looking for someone that can help us create new online advertising campaigns. This involves doing research online and writing ads. Along the way you will learn more about the online advertising industry and more tasks/responsibilities will be given.
Requirements:

This role is created due to company growth.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in area of Marketing including copy writing , public relations, SEO, Marketing materials, market research and analysis, campaign coordination and relationship database management.
The applicant will assist the Marketing Supervisor on campaign planning, promotions, creative projects, and coordinate the development of Marketing and promotional materials for multiple channels of distribution to a wide range of audiences. She/he also will be responsible for the support of the operational campaign management processes and tasks. This involves participating in defining the scope of the targeted Marketing campaigns, setting up targeted campaigns in the CRM, and following up on both target and response files with the internal and external sales channels and Marketing campaigns.

Duties: The selected candidate will assist the administration staff by maintaining the agency’s websites, e-newsletter and computer systems.
They will also perform other computer related tasks such as:
-Producing marketing materials and participating in their distribution
-Leading youth volunteers in desk top publishing the youth newsletter
-Mentoring children, youth and seniors on computer skills
-Updating anti-virus programs, checking for and removing spyware,
-Troubleshooting computer problems for staff members
-Defragging hard disks, updating Windows components, downloading and installing Service Packs
-Assisting in the promotion of RYSA, the Youth Centre and its programs through community events and
-Completing various office and administrative tasks as required
