Job Purpose: PCIS is pleased to be looking for a Project Manager for one of our Vancouver clients. This role requires an individual who can be the driving force behind the development of strategic online marketing and branding solutions for key new clients. Successful candidates will have a strong history and knowledge of managing web-based implementation projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams, all the while contributing cutting edge solutions and ideas that provide vision that will drive client business.

The Right Candidate Has:
* 7+ years of web-based implementation project management experience, including extensive software development experience.
* Solid understanding of web production processes as well as standard project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong management experience, able to work with and lead diverse teams of talent and people.
* Ability to work under pressure, within extremely tight deadlines and deliver on budget.
* Direct experience and skills in brand marketing, online marketing tactics, loyalty programs, the value exchange and CRM.
* Financial analytical skill and experience forecasting and reporting revenue, expenses, and project timelines and benchmarks.
* Knowledge and experience working in both print, broadcast and web mediums.

Duties:
* Prepare project documentation including Project plans, charters, and status reports.
* Partner with the client services team to ensure delivery of small to medium size projects both on-time and on-budget for exceptional client satisfaction.
* Lead strategic planning sessions, resulting in clarity of business processes concept s and vision with clients
* Participate in internal PMO programs including post project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices.
* Work closely with the Client Director, communicating both with clients and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.
* Participate with sales team members contributing to sales proposals by preparing estimated budgets and timelines.
* Work with other Senior Project Managers and Client Services Managers to ensure time, talent and resources are managed efficiently and cost-effectively for all simultaneous and on-going projects.

Skills/Qualifications:
* 7+ Years of Project Management Experience combined with strong Client Services Experience (PMP or Scrum Master designation are assets)
* 7+ Years of Experience with Project Management Methodologies and Tools (including MS Project and RAD)
* 7+ Years of Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams from anywhere between 5-20 professionals.
* 7+ Years of Experience with various web technologies, including CMS, analytics, SEO and localization.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop the product business plan and product positioning
* Create messages for collateral, website, slide ware, press releases, and other media
* Create sales tools (datasheets, webcasts, presentations, case studies)
* Develop campaigns and promotions including creative genius-like ideas
* Evangelize to customers, analysts, journalists, and other influencers
* Speak first hand with customers and demo the software for evaluators
* Spearhead high-impact product launches
* Listen and learn from customers on how to improve our software and champion their needs

Requirements
* A university degree or college diploma in a related field with a specialization in marketing
* At least six years of marketing experience in increasingly significant roles

* Successful experience with non-traditional marketing
