They pride themselves on a flat hierarchy that promotes open communication and a genuinely relaxed yet highly productive work environment.  They are looking for a Merchant Support Manager.  This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist with evaluating prospective merchants to ensure they are qualified to be listed on the network
* Work with accepted merchants to ensure their product data and marketing material is uploaded to the online catalogue
* Conduct quality assurance testing with newly uploaded products to ensure the offers are ready for processing transactions
* Work with the affiliate team to ensure new merchants and products are promoted and supported across the network
* Proactively work with existing merchants to optimize product offers and assist in maximizing online sales
* Track sales and refund trends by product and provide recommendations where necessary to grow revenue and minimize refunds
