We have a dozen web sites that need to be built and managed and tired of farming them out to third parties. Looking for an experienced and creative leader with web design and programming experience to build an in house web design team, within an entertainment industry environment.

Must be experienced in video streaming technologies, web cam management, capable of building a 24/7 web channel, programming and administer web applications, maybe even develop an iphone app or two, but more importantly overseeing a team who can do one or more of those things.

This position will also require a solid understanding of SEO practices, web-based/social media marketing, interactive online contest development applications or be able to amass a team that can accomplish these objectives.

We also have two web-based animation series in development, so this may work into that department. Prefer apple based web designers, since most of our film and series development is done on Mac and final cut pro.

This is the initial person who we intend to have build his/her team to accomplish our objectives. Would consider acquiring an existing web development firm, provided it can be converted to full-time in house development and admin of our sites.
