Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of web professionals, including designers, project managers, and developers;
Provide strategic advice on overall web strategy;
Interpret senior management’s vision into websites and online resources that “push the envelope” of what’s possible on the web;
Coordinate and liaison with external agencies on Search Engine Marketing campaigns and optimization programs;

Skills and Experience:
Degree and/or Diploma in Internet Marketing or Business;
8 to 9 years web experience;
5 to 6 years experience managing staff;

Leadership skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in both technical and business terms;
Expert-level web analytics skills; Google Analytics expertise a must;
Experience with database marketing techniques and processes;
Experience or strong familiarity with web development technologies, including ASP & .NET, JSP or other enterprise server-side technologies. Must be able to code raw HTML and work with XML;

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and changing priorities;
Demonstrated ability to work within extremely tight deadlines;
Experience in the Financial Services industry an asset; and
Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.

Specific Responsibilities
