POSITION SUMMARY
The successful incumbent will be a well rounded web specialist who can lead the execution of our SEO strategy and web metrics.

As part of the Marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
* Act as the main point of contact for the execution of our SEO strategy through working with internal stakeholders and our SEO consultants
* Execute on the SEO roadmap and strategy as defined by our consultants providing feedback as elements are completed
* Work across multiple areas in our organization in order to track, optimize, and develop our SEO strategy
* Provide an SEO perspective when new projects are started to ensure that search benefits are optimized
* Review trends and web analytics to provide recommendations for future areas of focus
* Develop weekly and monthly search reports
* Develop weekly and monthly web metrics reports
* Provide analysis of trends and areas for focus based on web metrics
* Analyze user flows and conversion paths of users to provide recommendations for improvements to processes for the optimization of ROI

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years in a high-tech environment
* Good general understanding of the web and online user behaviour
* Ability to work with and take lead from external SEO consultants
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS and an understanding of HTTP server headers
* Self directed and a self starter
* Inquisitive and results focused approach
* Eager to learn

ADDITIONAL ASSETS
* Experience with web metrics programs such as site catalyst / Google analytics a plus

Duties and responsibilities for this position will include:
. Execute the marketing plan with an emphasis on increasing website traffic and conversions for the assigned market(s).
. Create website content and coordinate updates (products, pricing, promotions, features, etc.).
