Currently seeking a Director of Marketing for the following responsibilities:
* Develop creative concepts and manage through production a wide range of online and offline initiatives, including: website development and branding initiatives, search engine optimization (SEO), web and email newsletters, web site graphics, banners, flash animations, business development partnership initiatives, print material and literature, direct mail and other offline collateral.
* Act as the brand champion and maintain brand equities while exploring and evolving the brand and corporate identity.
* Work with internal clients, staff and other cross-functional departments to impact strategic thinking, supporting design projects so key strategic communications objectives are met.
* Lead and manage a team of outside agencies and other creative resources.
* Develop and enforce detailed web and print style-guides to direct and improve internal design and production results
* Assure creative standards are met
* Work effectively across departments to understand business needs and to manage the delivery of final assets

Role specific abilities/skills:
* Highly competent in web design and development with a strong portfolio to demonstrate thinking above and beyond the ordinary concept
* Ability to create attractive and professional marketing material for print production
* Master of Adobe Creative Suite products
* Have a track record for producing great creative work
* Understand all creative production aspects for both print and broadcast
* Have a broad understanding of art direction, writing, conceptualization, graphics, print and broadcast production
* Strong conceptual skills in the development of creative work
* Ability to be strategic in both creative execution and business decisions

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of HTML and flash-based online marketing creative such as email campaigns, flash/advertising banners as well as assist with the development of and oversee content, design, relevance, consistency and functionality of company websites
